Shipping and returns
All prices include VAT. The total price in your cart is the total price you will pay (including shipping, VAT etc). Payments are processed via our checkout and are made through Bambora. The transaction is processed immediately. Squarehood is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply to the consumer ie VAT/GST or other import charges when your package enters its destination country. If you have any questions regarding your payment or your invoice then don't hesitate to contact us.
We ship worldwide. Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 1-5 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase. If you do not collect your package and it is sent back to us we will have to charge up to 50 € for our costs.
When selecting the 'Standard Shipping' option YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, SquareHood will not refund any customer for missing or damaged goods if this postage option was selected. The option works fine within Europe, but has been inconsistent outside of Europe, please be advised.
Damaged goods & complaints
When you’ve received your goods it's important that you check so the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the product be incorrect or damaged please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to email@example.com
According to the Swedish Consumer Buying Act, you have, as a Swedish customer the right to claim against manufacture default 3 years after you have received the goods.
Withdrawal & open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is returned in original packaging and is in original condition. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it should not be used in addition to this. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight
When returning an item you must notify squarehood via email before sending the item back, once you and squarehood have come to an agreement, then the package can be returned. You must clearly label the package as a return. When returning the package you must include your reference number, address and telephone number with the package.So we know where it came from and can reimburse the right person. The customer will only be reimbursed if the items are in new re-sellable condition.
Privacy & Personal Information
When you place an order with squarehood we will save your contact information so that we can fulfill our commitments to you. Squarehood will not under any circumstances sell/trade or give away your contact information. We may use your email address for marketing purposes, we will however never use or share telephone numbers.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item. In the case of a faulty Item squarehood will cover postage costs.
