Shipping policy

DELIVERIES
We ship worldwide. Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day and are usually shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified at the time of purchase. If you do not collect your package and it is sent back to us we will have to charge up to 50 € for our costs.

RETURNS
When returning an item you must notify squarehood via email before sending the item back, once you and squarehood have come to an agreement, then the package can be returned. When returning the package you must include your reference number, address and telephone number with the package.So we know where it came from and can reimburse the right person.
