The Q3 and Q343 are both front heavy cameras, The thumb grip allows you to balance the camera in one hand.
Like the native Leica grip, the buttons are still accessible by pushing the silicon buttons on the grip.
The backside of the grip has a silicon insert insuring the camera surface is not damaged while the grip is mounted.
The Grip is available in 3 different options, Black anodised aluminium, Solid brass with a natural finish and Solid brass with black paint, which will show the natural brass colour with time.
